1. Introduction
This Service Agreement & Terms of Service ("Agreement") is made between True Yoga For EveryBODY ("Service Provider") and Client/Participant ("Client" or "User" or “Participant”). By attending classes, booking private sessions, or participating in events hosted by [Yoga Studio Name], you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Definitions

• Service Provider: True Yoga For EveryBODY.

• Client/User/Participant: The individual or entity using the services of True Yoga For EveryBODY.

• Services: Group classes, private sessions, events, workshops, and any other services provided by True Yoga For EveryBODY.

3. Terms of Agreement

This section governs the overall contractual relationship between the yoga studio and the client, covering the studio’s policies and the client’s obligations.

• Scope of Services:

  • Group Classes: Regularly scheduled yoga classes open to all enrolled participants (maximum 12 participants per class).

  • Private Sessions: One-on-one or small group sessions, by appointment.

  • Events: Special events, workshops, or retreats hosted at True Yoga For EveryBODY.

• Duration of Agreement: This Agreement is effective from the date signed or upon the first booking made by the Client and continues for as long as the Client engages with the services of the yoga studio.

• Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay the stated fees for group classes, private sessions, and events as outlined at the time of booking. Payments can be made via payment methods, such as PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit card. All fees are non-refundable, and bookings must be used within 3 business days of the original booking date, unless otherwise agreed upon due to exceptional circumstances.

• Cancellation and Re-booking Policy:

  • Late Arrival: If a participant/client is more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled class, they will not be allowed to join that session. They must book another class within 3 days to redeem the session.

  • No-Show or Inability to Attend: If a client books a session but is unable to attend, they must book another class within 3 days of the original booking or forfeit payment. This includes private sessions as well as group classes.

  • Bookings are Non-Refundable: Due to limited space in the studio (maximum of 12 participants per class), all bookings are non-refundable. Clients must re-book within 3 business days of the original session or forfeit their payment.

  • Transfer or Re-booking: If a client is unable to attend a session, they can transfer the booking to another person or re-book for a future class, provided it takes place within 3 business days of the original booking. If the session is not re-booked or transferred within that time frame, payment is forfeited.

• Emergency Exceptions: In the case of an emergency, clients may be eligible for an exception to the re-booking or cancellation policy. Clients must send an email to [Insert email address] detailing the emergency situation for review and potential accommodations.

4. Terms of Service

This section outlines the rules and expectations for using the yoga studio's services, focusing on how clients interact with the studio and what’s expected in return.

• Group Classes:

  • Clients must arrive on time for group classes. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will not be allowed to join the session, and the client must rebook another session within 3 business days.

  • Clients must adhere to studio behavior policies, which include respecting others' space, maintaining a quiet environment, and following the instructor's guidance.

  • No photos, videos, or social media sharing during classes without prior consent from the instructor and participants.

• Private Sessions:

  • Private sessions are scheduled based on availability and are personalized to the Client’s needs. Client must consider the availability of studio hours and schedules to reach a mutually agreed date of service. Any changes to session times must be agreed upon in advance.

  • Clients must provide the studio with any relevant health information or concerns prior to private sessions.

• Events & Workshops:

  • All clients participating in special events or workshops must sign a waiver of liability before attending.

  • Clients agree to follow specific event guidelines for their safety and comfort, which may differ from regular class expectations.

  • Clients may be asked to sign additional documents or provide information related to their event participation (e.g., emergency contacts, dietary restrictions, etc.).

• Studio Etiquette:

  • Clients must respect other participants’ privacy and personal space.

  • Clients are asked to avoid disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, inappropriate language, or actions that may detract from the experience of others.

• Payment & Refund Policy for Services:

  • All payments for group classes, private sessions, and events are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency). Refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the Service Provider, and clients must submit any requests for exceptions in writing.

5. Privacy Policy

True Yoga For EveryBODY collects personal information such as name, phone number, email, date of birth, residential address, payment information and other demographics in order to provide the best possible services. All data is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without consent of agreement to services.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the use of services or while on the premises, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement will be handled through mediation or arbitration before any legal action is pursued. The parties agree to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.

8. Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By proceeding with True Yoga For EveryBODY services, you, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, including the Terms of Agreement and Terms of Service, and agree to abide by all conditions.
